Icelandair Ground Services provide comprehensive airport ground handling services for airlines and passengers at Keflavík International Airport.

History

IGS was formed as a subsidiary of Icelandair Group in 2001, but airport and ground operations in Iceland have been a part of the Icelandair airline operation from the foundation of the company. The Managing Director of IGS is Gunnar S. Olsen.

Operation

IGS provides aircraft ground handling services for all types of aircraft, a first class flight kitchen and bonded stores, a new state of the art cargo centre and a restaurant division in the Leifur Eiriksson Air Terminal.
