Based at Keflavik Airport in Iceland, Bluebird Cargo operates a fleet of B737-300 freighter aircraft. Aircraft capacity is provided to major express parcel companies (“integrators”) and freight forwarders, both on scheduled and charter basis.

Fjarvakur handles the accounting, reporting and salary processing for most companies within Icelandair Group.

Iceland Travel is the leading tour operator and travel agency in incoming tourism, conferences and incentives in Iceland.

Icelandair is a customer-oriented travel service company focusing on growth and profitability by providing high-value products with Iceland as a cornerstone.

Icelandair Cargo is a low asset company, leasing in aircraft and buying capabilities from other sources. The freighters are placed on Icelandair´s air operating certificate and crews are leased from Icelandair.

Icelandair Hotels operates a chain of all-year hotels under the Icelandair Hotels brand and the Edda chain of summer hotels. During the summer season, when all the facilities are in operation, they number 23 in all, situated at strategic locations around the country.

Icelease is an arrangement company which ties together and utilizes the vast knowledge, experience and business contacts within Icelandair Group in the business of buying, selling and leasing of aircraft.

Handling flight services at Keflavík International Airport, Icelandair Ground Services is composed of three units; handling, in-flight catering and cargo warehouse.

Latcharter Airlines operates under its own Latvian AOC. Latvia is an JAA approved country and the AOC is thus in compliance with JAR OPS 1. We currently have in our fleet seven Airbus 320-200 and two Boeing 767-300, furthermore Latcharter Airlines has four additional Airbus 320, all leased to various airlines. Loftleiðir Icelandic is currently the majority share holder of Latcharter. Latcharter is a subsidiary company in the Icelandair Group.

Loftleidir Icelandic, wet lease and charter arm, offers tour operators and airlines quality services, such as full charter service, ACMI leasing, crew leasing and flight operations.

Travel Service operates charter flights to and from Prague and Budapest and also owns and operates the low cost airline Smart Wings.
