The Iceland Stock Exchange (ICEX) has scrutinised the prospectus of Icelandair Group Holding hf., as endorsed on 26. November 2006, and hereby confirms that the prospectus satisfies the requirements of the Act on Securities Transactions, No. 33/2003, as amended by Act No. 31/2005, and Regulations issued pursuant to the Act.

ICEX draws attention to the fact that public offers of securities by the issuer are directed exclusively to natural and/or legal persons with permanent residence in those member states or third countries referred to in the prospectus and to which the offer is directed.

Corrections in Icelandair Group Holding investor presentation:

EBITDA and EBIT was misprinted on pages 36 and 37, correct information was on page 36. On pages 39 and 40 there were references to EBITDAR, this is corrected and now references are to EBIT.
