The Icelandair Group board of directors complies with the Iceland Chamber of Commerce, ICEX and the Confederation of Icelandic Employers guidelines on corporate governance.

The board has the supreme authority in the Company’s general affairs between shareholders' meetings. Only the Company's board of directors can grant power of procuration. The board of directors appoints the CEO of Icelandair Group hf. and decides on the terms of his or her employment.
